This powerful semi-cascade Japanese Red Pine has been in training in our garden for several years. The branch structure has been set and the tree is ready for refinement. There are some good opportunities to improve the deadwood or remove it for a lighter image.
After a season or two of decandling, this tree could easily be ready for show.
Cultivar “Jane Kluis” is a natural dwarf form of ‘pinus densiflora’.
